Jaws Of A Hungery God

The earth groans
And let’s out starving moans.
It splits open
Unveiled is the devourer of men.
The hungery god rises.

With titanic hands he picks up deaths of humanity
People die screaming, there minds lost to insanity.
It devours woman, man, and child
He plunges man back into the wild.
Society is destroyed.

What we thought was art,
Was music,
Was religion,
Was poetry,
Was humanity,
Was devoured by the jaws of a hungery god.
